Spicy Grilled Caesar

Ingredient 

topanga grain company sourdough

garlic

salt

olive oil

parmesan

romaine lettuce

 

Dressing

mayo 

dijon

worcestershire 

lemon

martina’s original hot sauce

garlic

parmesan

seasoning 

 

Procedure 

Step 1:  Cut your Sourdough bread into small squares and add into medium bowl. In the same bowl add your diced garlic, salt, olive oil, and parmesan. Transfer to baking pan and bake at 375 for 15-20 min.

Step 2: In Small bowl add all your dressing ingredients. Mayo, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon, Martinas hot sauce, garlic, seasoning, and lots of parmesan. Whisk all together. 

Step 3: cut your Romaine lettuce lengthwise and add to grill. Grill for 5 Min on high heat. 

step 4: on plate place your grilled lettuce, topped with croutons, parmesan, dressing, and a little more Martina’s original hot sauce. Enjoy!
