Greek yogurt & Feta 

Greens

Cucumbers

Citrus segments 

Toasted pepitas

Lemon olive oil

Martina’s salsa macha

Edible flowers 

Salt

Fresh herbs 

 

 

Procedure

Step 1: Spread greek yogurt & feta around plate. Add greens, cucumbers, citrus segments, toasted pepitas, and drizzle both lemon olive oil and Martina’s salsa matcha. 

Step 2: Top with edible flowers, pinch of salt, fresh herbs, and Enjoy!
