Martina’s Spicy Sesame Ramen

6 oz ramen noodles

3 cloves garlic, minced

6 oz baby bella or shitake mushrooms, sliced

4 eggs

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp sesame oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp Martina’s Sesame Chile Hot Sauce (use 1 tbsp for mild)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp water

Optional: sesame seeds and green onion, for garnish




Step 1: Cook the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package. Set aside.

Step 2: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Martina’s Sesame Chile Hot Sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar and water. Set aside.

Step 3: Add the mushrooms, garlic and sesame oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Saute for 3 minutes or until garlic begins to brown.

Step 4: Once the garlic has browned, add noodles and the soy sauce mixture to the skillet. Toss all ingredients until noodles are evenly coated in the sauce. Remove from heat.

Step 5: Fry the eggs in vegetable oil. then place them over the noodles

Step 6: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if using and ENJOY!
