Martina’s Aguachile Marinade

Equipment Needed

blender

 

 

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt

1 cup cilantro

1/4 cup mint leaves

6 cloves of garlic

3 tbsp Martina’s Aguachile

1 tbsp of olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Procedure 

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a blender to puree. Marinade will hold in the refrigerator for a week. For best results let chicken marinate overnight.
