Spicy Smoked Salmon Dip

Equipment Needed

Chefs knife

Cutting board

Medium bowl

Microplane or zester

Rubber spatula






8 oz smoked salmon

1/4 cup creme fraiche

1/2 cup whole milk yogurt

2 tbsp dill

3 tbsp Martina’s Hot Sauce 

2 tbsp chive, minced 

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon, zested and juiced






Step 1: In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Gently mix together using a rubber spatula, mixture should be creamy resembling the texture of an artichoke or spinach dip. Season with freshly cracked black pepper and salt. Add even more Martina’s Hot Sauce for even more of a kick! Enjoy with crudite, toast points, crackers or chips!
