Martina’s Spicy Mignonette

1 small bowl

1 whisk

Ingredients

¼  cup red wine vinegar

1 small shallot, minced

¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp Martina’s Hot Sauce

 

Procedure

Step 1: In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Gently mix together with a whisk until it combines. Oil will not fully emulsify, this is a broken sauce. Take this Mignonette and spoon over the oysters of your choice!
